I downloaded the trial for Parallels for Mac 7 to test it out (plan on buying), so I could use Windows on my new computer, and I'm having some problems figuring out how to purchase Windows.

When I open help, it says to open Parallels Desktop then go to File > New, then click buy Windows. Easy enough, except when I go to File > New, there is no buy Windows option.

Then I found out about the convenience store, ok I'll do that. Says to open Parallel Desktop, then go to File > Convenience store. Easy enough, except for one problem, the Convenience store option isn't there.

Anyone out there with some helpful suggestions?

    Thanks :)

    Hello Brock L,

Convenience Store is available only for copies of Parallels Desktop 7 activated with a commercial license. As you are using a trial version of Parallels Desktop 7, Convenience Store is not available for you.

What regards the Windows, you can purchase it at our website or directly from Microsoft.
