Parallels forgets that I register

I just Parallels 7, and it fails to launch my boot camp partition.

It lets me send a report, and then when I click on "request help" it tells me that I need to register in order to get help. I have already registered (and reregistered just to be sure). I've gone through the register form 3 times now. My account has the activation key. I am registered as far as I can tell, but the application keeps telling me that I'm not. What gives?

 

Same here. Can't get around it.
