Sorry for the PC lingo. I have a Core 2 Duo PC and in the BIOS you can turn on virtualization. Is this on by default on the Mac? I recently purchased a Macbook Pro and have Parallels, XP and Vista installed. They all run like a champ. In fact I think Windows runs better on a Mac. But I was just wondering about the virtualization option on the Core 2 Duo. Thanks!
Yes, this is on by default on most all macs. I believe a very small number of the mac minis and imacs shipped with this off back when Apple first introduced intel-based macs, but now it's enabled on all of them.
