My system runs on MBP 2.0 Ghz and i had installed win xp on a 4 GB virtual disk. On beta 2, the boot time for win XP took about 30 to 40 secs. On beta 4, the win xp boot time average 1 min 30 sec ( on some instances, it took over 2 min). Increasing RAM allocation had no impact on the boot time.

Question is how long does it take for you boot up Win XP on your system?

about 40 seconds -- although some times it can take about 60 seconds for some reason

From the moment that I push the green "play" button, 24 seconds to the login for XP Home SP2.

iMac 2.0GHz, 2 GB RAM, 128 MB Vram.

    Default 256/4 settings for VM.

14 seconds from when I hit the play button until I am fully up and running in the OS.
