I currently use Parallels on my iMac, and it works extremely well.

However, I intend to upgrade my machine to one of the newest 24" iMacs, and will wish to transfer Parallels onto it. How do I retrieve the activation code I am currently using, for use on the new Mac ? (Note that I will remove Parallels from the old machine).

I have repeatedly tried contacting Parallels about this, but I do not even get a reply !

    Just use it

I do not think the activation code is machine specific - or is it?
    This is not Micro$oft.

your licence file is stored in /Library/Parallels. It will more than likely be hidden in finder, so use Terminal to see/copy it. It will be fairly obvious which file it is when you go into that dir.

Install Parallels onto the new machine and before you start it up, copy the file into the same location on the new mac and bingo
