hello all, new to the fora but am having a real problem getting my current XP sp2 boot camp partition to load up in parallels, my VMs are all still working fine since updating to 3186. when i set up my boot camp partition as a new VM in parallels all goes well seemingly but when i try to load it up i get the following message from parallels:

"Parallels Desktop cannot find necessary drivers to configure your Boot Camp partition. Please refer to Help> Parallels Desktop Help> Using Boot Camp Windows XP Installation for troubleshooting."

my boot camp partition has all of the regular Apple XP drivers installed and is working totally normal, and even after going through the help file i don't seem to find anything obvious that needs to be done w/ my boot camp partition.

if i am missing something obvious it would be great if someone could point it out for me, it would be great to get this working as i do video encoding work on boot camp and not having to drop out of OSX would be quite the boon! thx in advance all..!

Same problem here on a Mac Pro. I did the thing about copying the .cab files from the CD into the right folder, but that still hasn't fixed it. Also in 3188.

I just bought Parallels too, arriving tomorrow from Amazon, but I guess I'll have to refuse delivery of it, considering it doesn't work.
