My apologies, if this has been covered before. But has anyone here ever managed to get an e-mail reply from ‘Support’?
I've had an email in all week, and sent a follow up. No reply. Having problems with transporter recognizing my boot drive, and would like to get it working. Maybe have to Pony up 29 for a support call.
Sadly, I think you’re right. I made two mistakes: one was when I bought the boxed copy from Apple last month when I purchased by iMac, but the big mistake was to live outside the U.S., which they seem to hate
