I've been having trouble with Coherence always showing the desktop. It worked the other day, I could see my mac desktop and not the Windows XP desktop, but after iolo System Mechanic 7 updated itself, it restarted and the Windows desktop now always appears. It's iolo System Mechanic 7 with Firewall and Antivirus.
Uninstall helped I had the same problem as you. Undo your system mechanic changes, then uninstall the application. Coherence resumed behaving properly afterwards. Good luck, AlienWarriror75
I LOVE System Mechanic 7 Pro! What if I don't WANT to remove System Mechanic 7 Pro? It is by far the best tool for maintaining a Windows XP OS. Any ideas on how to get them to work together peacefully, or what about SM7 is actually causing a problem with Coherence? Regards, Troy
Upgrade System Mechanic to Version 7.1.7 Updating your System Mechanic install to version 7.1.7 seems to fix the problems with Coherence. Regards, Troy
