i have parallels, and i downloaded steam and counterstrike 1.6

and when i play it everything runs smoothly, except for when you use the mouse to move your gun to aim and shoot people.

when i do this the mouse makes my guy look all over the place as if the mouse was sliding like crazy all over the screen,

does anyone else have this problem or am i the only one???

    :(

Does counterstrike require Direct X & a graphics card to run?

Counterstrike requires Direct X or Open GL to run, so I doubt that you can get it to work in parallels.
You might want to try VMWare instead since they have (some) Direct X support. Or, you can stick with crossover since it is known to work there.

Crossover emulates Direct X. Parallels does not.

Cannibal Corpse You should uninstall mouse syncronisation tool. That will help mouse to function properly in couter strike.
