Lost *ALL* MBP, need my registration key.

    (I posted this in another forum and received no answer, so maybe someone at Parallels will see this here and help me since I have gotten no support via regular support@parallels.com).

    Hello all,

    Anyone has an idea how to retrieve or get the registration key?
    I bought parallels but today I lost all my data from the HDD, including the registration key for when I purchased the product.

    I emailed to support@parallels.com and no response yet, but I was wondering if anyone knew a faster way to obtain this info again.

    Thanks for any advise.

    I would call the sales line - since you have after all just bought it.

    However, it should still be in your email...

    I had resent your order confirmation emails - the reg key is there.

    Purchased 1970.
    Needed to reinstall 3188 and activation key disappeared.

    I will need emails you specified when ordering PD originally. Please send them to me via private messages. After I have them, I will be able to resend your activation keys.
