Parallels 3188 Windows XP screen completely black

    I have been on 1177 since it was released and today I updated to 3188, installed parallels tools, it found a lot of new HW updated my video driver and BLACK the screen went.

    Has anybody seen this and know how to fix it?

    Never mind, booted into safe mode, unstalled parallel tools, rebooted, installed tools, rebooted. Life is good.

    Safe mode

    How did you get into Safe Mode? I am having the same problem but can't figure out how to get into safe mode.
