    Hello,

Can I use MacBook Pro's Build in iSight as a camera with Microsoft Messegner running in a Windows XP Virtual Machine?

    No, you cannot.

At some point, Parallels Workstation would have to specifically recognize and support the camera on camera-equipped Macs.

    Hi,

It sees it as a USB camera.
    No driver though.

Apple has never released a Windows driver for iSight, built in or external. It won't work even in Boot Camp. It's a shame too because the iSight is a wonderful webcam, but some of the best video conferencing apps are Windows only.

Hopefully the wording should be 'Apple hasn't yet released a Windows driver for iSight' Bootcamp is still beta. In Parallels VM is the problem no Windows drivers or no bridging (yet) between the VM and the Apple MacOSX drivers?

I agree it would be a great addition to Parallels VM (and bootcamp).
