I have parallels 2.2 workstation on Core 2 dual with Suse linux 10.2 as host and WinXP as guest. Windows keeps complaining about low disk space, so I used imagetools and increased the size according to the instructions. When I open Parallels, it now says disk drive is 12GB, but I go into Winxp, it still says 8GB and the winxp.hdd file is also still 8GB. WinXP still complains that disk space is low. What does it take to get this to work?

    Art,

The HDD size has really increased, but Windows is not yet "aware" of this change. You should use any disk management/partitioning tool to either create a new partition on additional disk space, or add this disk space to already existing partition.

I think what you are saying is that I need to use something such as partition magic in winxp and enlarge the partition, is that right? Just want to be sure I understood your message correctly.
