I'm getting a BSOD when I try to boot up BC using Parallels. BC works fine on its own. In Parallels, however, I get the BSOD before the Windows logo comes up. Then the VM reboots and I get the same thing all over again.

I have reinstalled Parallels. I have created a new VM for Boot Camp. I have run a repair install of Win XP through Boot Camp. I would try to remove the Tools, but of course I can't do that until I can boot with Parallels.

    Any ideas?

Yes, I've tried safe mode. Normal boot, safe mode, throw the laptop out the window mode... BSOD regardless. I'll check out the other thread, thanks!

I tried what I could from your other thread (reinstall Parallels), but it didn't solve the problem. When I boot into Safe Mode I get blue screen of death right after mup.sys appears. This does not happen when I boot directly into Boot Camp.
