Tried doing a search for this.... couldn't find anything that fixes this.

How do I adjust the disc space for temporary files?

I have about 20 Gigs allocated to the VM and about 1500 Gb of Virtual memory for Win XP.

I am using a printing program that is trying to process a file that is about 1 GB large and this error message keeps popping up.

Someone PLEASE Help... need this fixed ASAP.

    Thanks!

WOW! I just looked at the availible HD space and its at about 3.8 GB

We originally allocated 20 GB but I guess Win XP and The Print program took all of it.

I need to allocate more HD space.... I am going to read up on this but in the mean time will this effect my installed programs?

And if someone can break down the steps I posted below to tell me where and how I will find this stuff... I'm a little win XP stupid.

Do I just copy and paste my HD and rename it?

    What is image tools?

    What is CMD Prompt?

I am not that stupid but where is Disc Partition and comman list volume?

I'm on another computer so I'm doing a bit of running back and forth.... the rest will proba make sense later.

Select that partition using the DISKPART command select volume # where # is the partition number.
    Enter the command extend
    Enter the command exit
Exit Windows and change the VM profile to once again boot from the original, resized image file. You can disconnect (and delete?) the copied image file from the VM profile.

    In osx, yes.

    In Applications > Parallels folder

DOS prompt in windows ( Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt )

run diskpart from c:\windows\system32 then "list volume" in there.

so far so good. But I dont know how to run DISKPART.

if there are any other commands I need to know... I would need those as well if you dont mind. Thanks!

NM... figured it out... I'm just stuck at step 7. It gave me an error message, "failed to discpart volume... make sure its valid for editing. I'll check out that other thread.
