I'm running Lion with Parallels Desktop 6. I have a Windows 7 VM that is also bootcamped. Sometimes I boot directly to Windows and sometimes I run it as a VM. I am CONSTANTLY being sent to startup repair when trying to run it in a VM. I've been able to get it running eventually (even after startup repair says it didn't find anything, or if I can catch it before it goes into startup repair and try 2-3 times, I can get the VM to start). What is the deal with this? Thinking of testing out vmware to see if these issues exist. VERY frustrated.
I was having the exact same issue once I had started using Windows 7 more frequently in my Mac. I think the issue rose especially when I uninstalled Windows Vista and installed Windows 7. However, I have heard you can use angies list to find someone to help fix the problem .I will have to try it.
