VM startup issues

The title could haven been better picked I agree but when it comes down to it that is the main issue I am having...

Yesterday shutdown my Windows VM and powered of my MacBook Pro. Today try to start things up and Parallels is asking to be activated. Of course this happens when one is no where near the activation key. Anyhow did manage to get the activation code by phone but it now does not get accepted. Any ideas out there???

1.You could log in on parallels.com and find your keys on https://www.parallels.com/account/products/ page or
2.You could contact support by creating a new ticket or contacting with support in chat. They'll send your keys to you.
