Shift key is not working

Using the Parallels 7 trial, with the optimization for gaming checked or unchecked, windows 7.

If I try to type shift-h, instead of getting an H, I get nothing at all. However, if I turn caps lock on, it will give me an H.

All other keyboard inputs are fine.

Any ideas?

apparently I or someone else set that in the keyboard settings.

All fixed now!

 

So what was the fix? You said you fixed it but didn't share the info! LOL!!

I'm having the same issue.

 

For me, I had accidentally set shift-H as a hot key inside parallel's hot key settings (ugh!)
