Problems with copy/paste

I just set up parallels and everything seems to be working fine except I cannot copy/paste text or files between Windows and OSX. I have the copy and paste share Mac clipboard option selected in the configure -> advanced tab, and I do not have the isolate Mac from Windows option selected in the configure -> security tab. I have reinstalled Parallel tools multiple times, but this has not solved the issue.

 

Are you updated to the latest build - v15054?
