After install, unable to use

    I just purchased and downloaded Parallels 7 from On the Hub Store. I have downloaded it and installed it. I read through the PDF user guide but am unable to find any of the functions it is talking about in terms of Registering the the software (I went into my account on Parallels website to do this), and the only 3 icons in the Parallels 7 folder are Install, Getting Started, and Uninstall. I tried logging in to access support, my no Support code shows under "My Account". Please help.

    With PD running: Parallels Desktop menu -> Register Product.

    What exactly is not working?

    Hello,

    You can register your copy of Parallels Desktop 7 on the Parallels website:

    1.) Go to https://www.parallels.com/account/

    2.) Click on "Create Your Account" >> "Continue"

    3.) Enter your information and press "Register"

    4.) After that you will receive an email with account activation URL. Activate your account.

    5.) To register your key, login to your newly created account, go to "My Registered Products", copy and paste your Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac activation key and press "Register".
