So.. where is my key?

So.. I just bought Paralells and Digital River was down at the time. I just recieved the 3 e-mails, but the only mention of a key is the following:

To view your order, please visit http://www.parallels.com/support where you can locate your order and perform the following tasks..

But all the support section is, is sales pitch to try get you to purchase support credit.

I used the same e-mail address (and was actually logged in) when I made my purchase, but it seems it doesn't automatically tie it to your account (unless this is an issue with DigitalRiver being down).

In any case - where do I find my sodding key?

 

After luckily coming across support mentioning findmyorder.com - I managed to get my activation key from there.

I think the process needs to be improved, in any case?
