Is there a way to tell an application that it's not running on a VM?

I'm trying to play a game that is running a Themida app at start up and it says it can't run on a VM. This same game caused this same problem with VMWare last year, but there is a configuration change that can be made on VMWare that presumably doesn't tell apps they are running on a VM. Is there something similar I can do with Parallels so that when this app runs it doesn't realize it's on a VM? I hope I'm making sense.

    Here's my setup:

    Mac OS X version 10.7.3
    Parallels Desktop 7.0.15055
Guest OS: Windows 7 Ultimate, Service Pack 1

    Thanks.

It is not possible to give any advice without understanding what is this application and what are logs saying. Please contact Parallels Support o that can investigate this case.

Yea, I did opened a ticket and they said they can't do what VMWare does to fix the problem.

I'll keep looking for a solution.

    Thanks.
