I've been trying to install quickbooks 2011 Premier. It goes to the QuickBooks Installer. After I enter my serial number, tc. and click install, the program gives me an error and won't let me complete the installation. Any ideas? i need help! thanks.
I did solve this at the time. But I have since had to move to a new hard drive and reinstall parallels, windows, and QB. Now I am having the same problem, and I don't remember how it was solved. Anyone else have a solution to this? thanks!
I did get it working but the solution wasn't necessarily something that can be replicated. I just waited for a long time until the software finally installed. It appeared that it wasn't doing anything at all but it did eventually install.
Fixed Remember the solution. Just needed to run Windows Update. Now it works. (When I installed Windows XP on Parallels it did not automatically run any updates).
