Been having difficulty getting Mountain Lion Developer Preview 4 to startup as a Guest on a Lion Host. It currently hangs right after PET_VM_EVT_TIS_BACKUP_WRITE and doesn't log any other events.

I've tried two ways both with similar result.
    1) Installed straight from the Mountain Lion InstallESD.dmg image. The image won't boot and hangs.
    2) Installed Lion and then upgraded to Mountain Lion through the app store. The reboot won't boot and hangs.

In both case when it hangs it hangs on the grey Apple logo screen. When this occurs the pro_vm_app process is pegged at 100% of one CPU

Has anybody had success in launching Mountain Lion under Parallels? Did you have to do anything special? Did you start straight from the image or upgrade?

Did you install with Lion first and upgrade or just use the InstallESD.dmg from Mountain Lion?
