Yesterday I installed OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion, today I had 2x BSOD in my virtual Win7, within 4 hours, just when typing an email and this happened never with running win7 under OSX 10.7.
It's a Bootcamp Windows 7 Ultimate (domain user), Parallels tools installed and bootcamp 4 drivers, Windows fully updated. MacbookPro 5,5 with 8GB DDR3 Kingston ram, core2duo 2,26Ghz, external 24inch screen.
Parallels Desktop version 7.0.15104 and I always use windows fullscreen, not in coherence.

Try to recreate the virtual machine. As windows actually is running in Bot Camp - all the data will be safe. Just remove the old VM (move to trash) and create a new one based on the same boot camp drive

It didn't occur anymore (working 2 days with it now without BSOD) after a complete OSX reboot. Haven't recreated the VM or changed other settings. At August 16 I'll make a new VM with Windows 8, Microsoft just announced RTM availability. I'm testing the release preview now (installed on a 32GB sdhc card, runs smooth actually!).
