Hi all, I currently have Parallels 3 on My Leopard install
I will be installing a new license of Parallels 8 on my Mountain Lion install

I know I need to prepare my PD3 virtual machine (win XP) by removing antivirus and paralells tools etc to be able to migrate to Parallels 8 on my new Mountain Lion install

I know that Parallels 8 is configured differently to Parallels 3 with data in different folders?

I only have one simple question: .......
where do I copy my prepared PD3 Virtual Machine file to, in the Mountain Lion install, so that my New Parallels 8 install can find the file and configure/migrate the VM file to work in PD8?

    thanks, Robert

    Robert,

    place your VM to ~/Documents/Parallels.

Thank you, I wasn't sure whether the new .pvm file format lived in the same place as the old style VM folder,

thank's for clearing that up for me
