hello, I bought a copy of Parallels Desktop 8 which I'm planning to install later today. I am running a PD 7 virtual machine. Has the virtualised hardware changed so much between PD 7 and PD 8 that Windows wants to be activated again? Thanks for a brief reply, s.
OK, took the plunge and it seems that Windows does *not* need a new activation with a move from PD 7 to PD 8. Phew!
