windows 8 updating "pagefault"

hi to everyone,
trying to update my windows 7 installation on parallels 8 (latest update included).
the update process runs fine until the end. When the new machine restarts a default message comes up:
"pagefault_in_nonpaged_area". The virtual machine is then reset to window7.
Any idea of how i can get around this problem?

First and foremost, do you have Parallels Desktop 8 Build 18314? If not, update Parallels before upgrading Windows.

sorry to say but still not working for me.
Here is what I did.
The latest Parallels version was installed on my computer. Re-installed the Parallels Tools. Checked the devices. On my mac i turned off virus scanner and Little Snitch. Disconnected the external HDD. Shut all programs running.

Restarted the VM, inserted the MS upgrade-disk. Upgrading was running fine until start of the window8 programm.

Stopped with error "Page fault in non paged area". The old VM with Windows7 was re-installed.

Have probably to wait for an update from MS.

BTW. installation on another iMac with same content run properly.
