Does anyone know if Parallels USB Support, supports Philips Pronto remotes???

I installed the prontoproedit software. Windows recognizes the remote as a USB device but it will not let me import or export files to the remote. I get an eror saying that my remote is not a supported device. Im not sure if it just will not work using Parallels or if I'm doing something wrong.

It never worked on my old mac using VirtualPC either:(

    Thanks

...not working here either ... MUST BE a Parallels problem ... Read info in remotecentral.com where people reported NO PROBLEMS when using BootCamp ... There is a "USB-Bridging-problem" someone said!?

It seems to be a problem with many usb devices, they are not supported.

Hey, Parallels! We could really use a hand here. The Pronto 7500 is a USB 1.1 device and works perfectly under Bootcamp! This is the one reason I need to use Windows at all and would love a solution to this.
