Can't connect to parallels virtual machine

I'm completely new to Parallels, but have installed it and everything is working fine. However, I'd like to be able to access the Windows virtual machine from Finder. I can see it under 'Shared', but when I try go connect it asks for a name and password. The name that comes up is my Mac name but it obviously doesn't want my Mac password. Presumably it is a Windows 7 setting.

Any help will be much appreciated. I'm trying to figure the best way to pass files from my Mac partition to the Parallels Windows partition

OK - I've worked it out! Just had to ask google the right question to take me to the right place on the parallels page!

Just ask 'Share files between mac and windows parallels'
