    Hello,
I partitioned my system with Bootcamp, and after that I have created the data partition as described below:
    http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=88729

I also configured with gdisk a hybrid MBR so that I can dual boot after I create MyData Partition:

Number Start (sector) End (sector) Size Code Name
    1 40 409639 200.0 MiB EF00 EFI System Partition
    2 409640 289387391 137.8 GiB AF00 MacDisk
    3 289387392 290656927 619.9 MiB AB00 Recovery HD
    4 290658304 780976127 233.8 GiB 0700 MyData
    5 780976128 976773119 93.4 GiB 0700 BOOTCAMP

    diskutil list
    /dev/disk0
    #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
    0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0
    1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
    2: Apple_HFS MacDisk 148.0 GB disk0s2
    3: Apple_Boot Recovery HD 650.0 MB disk0s3
4: Microsoft Basic Data MyData 251.0 GB disk0s4
5: Microsoft Basic Data Windows 100.2 GB disk0s5

I can now choose between dual boot at machine startup, or using Parallels with Bootcamp to load Windows.
My current problem is that when using Windows in Parallels Desktop, MyData partition (disk0s4, ExFat) is listed, but I cannot acces the data on it. I always receive this Error Message: "You need to format the disk in drive D: before you can use it. Do you want to format it ?". and "D:/ is not accesible. The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and the volume is not corrupted."

Anyone knows how to fix this ?
If I boot in windows at startup time, I can see all the partitions, also the Mac partition and with Paragon Drivers I have also read / write access on them.

In Parallels Desktop 7 or 8, both partitions, disk0s2 and disk0s4 are listed but I receive the same error message.
Also, in Windows, Disk Management shows RAW as Filesystem (see attachment)...

The same problem. Windows doesn't read HFS disks in Parallels mode, drag and drop files from Mac folders to Parallels windows doesn't work too.

I found a solution, ... but do not have my mac here to send my parallels settings for the boot-camp image in parralels, but if you are trying not to separate windows from mac, and play with some others settings there, it will also work for you ...
If not, just reply to this topic, I will make some screenshots with my settings...

I had the same problem, and found a way to fix it.
Shut down your Virtual Maschine, so you can change configuration.
Go to Virtual Maschine > Configure > Hardware
Select "Hard Disk 1" and then "(Edit Partitions)".
Check the Checkbox of your Second Bootcamp Partition.

Now if you start the Virtual Maschine in Parallels, the Second Bootcamp Partition works correctly.
