I have a MacBook Air that had Parallels 7 preloaded on it when I received it. I was not given the activation code but serial code After letting my daughter use the unit, I discovered that the Parallels program would not load. I downloaded the Parallels 7 trial hoping that it would replace the missing files instead of the whole program. Of course that didn't work, and now the files needed to find the Activation Code have been replaced with the trials files... I did email Customer Support and received what seemed like a "standard" response.. Lesson learned, I should have asked before I installed the trial over the registered version. I have to replace the program, when I click "Buy" it takes me to the Parallels 8 version. I'm OK with "upgrading" but just wanted to see if there is anything I should do / know before I proceed...
