Parallels or Fusion crashing my MBP?

Prior Beta 4 and Parallels 3.0, I could have a Fusion VM and a Parallels VM running at the same time. I can't do that anymore or my MBP crashes. I know it must have been something in Fusion, because the problem started happening when I edited the VM and selected 2 processors. However trying to revert this change didn't fix the problem, and my MBP keeps crashing now. VMware forums suggests this is Parallels that is making my MBP crash.

The guest is XP for both Parallels and Fusion. Nothing fancy as far as programs installed!

Would anyone have a suggestion for me or have experienced this problem?

Is 3D enabled on either platform? I'd try disabling it on both and see if the problem persists.

This is not enabled for either VM.

Unfortunately, you can't run current version of Parallels Desktop and vmware Fusion simultaneously.

This is not true - I am doing it right now. Want a screen shot? PD3 and Fusion b4 side by side with both Coherence and Unity. That said, about 1 in 5 times, starting Parallels will kill Fusion. This started with build 4128. Fusion restarts and runs fine and doesn't kill Parallels.

    When????

:( This might explain why it worked once for me only, and it is working for some other users I know. I hope the fix comes soon.

Same for me, it worked the first time I tried it and I get panic crashes every time now (parallels 3.4128 & VM b4). Same panic log as you too.

I've also lost my parallels toolbar (af few crashes back, unrelated to simultanious apps.)

I feel like things are falling apart....
