Seeing that Parallels won't update the Parallels Tools for months to keep the drivers updated, leaving most people that already paid for the product solving the problems by themselves, I think that we should get an official response: Is Parallels going to keep supporting Linux or not?
This was the first time I bought a Parallels license because according to all the online reviews it was always a little faster than the competition and it was the first to adapt to new OS X features. But it seems that they only tested Windows VMs and nobody took a look at Linux. The next time I will consider this and it doesn't look like I will buy a Parallels license again. And I am curious about which one will come first: A good (and competitive!) Linux support or the next paid upgrade? :|
