Parallels 8 Windows 8 Max Screen Resolution

    I'm using a 27" iMac (2560x1440) but the maximum resolution I seem to get/select in Windows 8 is 1920x1200 is there any way to increase it?

    Virtual Machine menu > Install Parallels Tools.

    Did the tools install ok?
    Lets see if Parallels display driver is installed: press Cmd-R in Windows, type in devmgmt.msc, expand Display Adapters in device manager. Does Parallels Display Adapter (WDDM) show up?
