    Dear all,

I have had a quick search for this and can't see an answer.

Just purchased the software for Mac. Clicked the "start" button:

Windows starts to boot, and then I get "USER - Your password has expired and must be changed", OK OR CANCEL.
Then it asks for old password, new password, confirm etc and has a link "Create a password reset disk".

What password? This is a new install. Have tried all passwords I've used in the last 10 years, no good!

Clicking create password reset disk does nothing. And my Mac doesn't have a disk drive anyway !

I would be very grateful for some assistance.
    Thank you!
    Adam

If it is a vm downloaded from Parallels: try parallels as the password.
If this is the case you should change the password to one of your own choosing.

Thanks! I'll try that when I've finished downloading Ubuntu! :)

    Fixed

Not sure what the problem was, but easily fixed by removing Windows VM and re-installing. Note, I moved to trash and didn't keep any files. Despite this minor initial teething problem, I am amazed... Awesome software.
