Network problem in Parallels Desktop7

My Mac os version is 10.8.2.
My windows (xp & 7) in PD7 has some problem: When I want to copy some files from server,soon it will stop，When I refresh the folder on server,it will continue.
I copy some files from server to Mac is ok , so I think the Switch is ok.

I want to change the network: Share to Bridge ,but it also has some problem:
My ip address range 192.168.1.2-192.168.1.254, DHCP is ok , but windows in PD7 can not get IP address like 192.168.1.X , still 10.211.5X.X , I close the parallel's DHCP , ip address will be 169.254.XX.XX, can not get any ip address.
In VMware Fushion ,When I change to the Bridge netwok, windows will get ip address like 192.168.1.X from dhcp .

You can try to limit DHCP range manually at Parallels Desktop Preferences > Advanced > Network.
