I disabled the application share between Mac and Windows but the folder on Launchpad still there, what can I do?

My Parallels is 7 and my system is Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
ps: I recently did a test with Parallels 8 but for my daily use I found the update too much expensive then I downgrade to Parallels 7.

This is more a problem with OS X.

I have applications still listed in there that can't be removed. My example was a beta of Counterstrike Global Offensive that i've since removed, but there's no way to remove the icon now...

Only items that have been downloaded from the Mac app store seem to be removable in most cases.

I know it isn't the best solution but if it's bothering you try putting the icon onto it's own page at the end of launch pad so you will rarely see it, just drag the icon to the far right of the screen, you can stick it on it's own screen so it doesn't bother you as much.
