Windows 7 Ultimate request new activation after switching between Boot Camp/Parallels

Installed Parallels 8 on my late 2012 MBP, and installed Windows 7 Ultimate in Boot Camp.

Parallels boots the boot camp partition in OS X fine, and everything was working perfectly. Asked for activation after the first installation (of course) and successfully activated.

Problem comes when I boot into Boot Camp, in pure Windows 7. Windows asks for activation. Well, it's just a simple button push annoyance so no biggie for me. Went ahead and activates, but when I boot into OS X and Windows 7 on top of Parallels, the activation thing comes up again indicating significant hardware / software change and ask me to activate. Well, I did internet activation and it goes away.

This happens a few times and it was just small annoyance until a few days ago. Now Windows won't activate through Internet, and I have to go through the phone activation with the whole series of numbers spoken into phone and activation number etc.

Now, that has become a major annoyance. It activates, but I don't want to go through this at all. Due to work I do have to boot into pure Windows 7 from time to time. If I stay within Parallels in OS X then the activation never pops up. It's only after I boot into Boot Camp and back.

Help please?
