Can't uninstall Parallels 6

I'm following the instructions at http://kb.parallels.com/en/9087. The process goes fine until:

sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.vm.prl_pcproxy
launchctl stop error: No such process
sudo killall llipd
No matching processes were found
sudo kextunload -b com.parallels.kext.prl_hypervisor
(kernel) Kext com.parallels.kext.prl_hypervisor not found for unload request.
sudo kextunload -b com.parallels.kext.prl_hid_hook
(kernel) Kext com.parallels.kext.prl_hid_hook not found for unload request.
...

Please help. I recent had a kernel panic, and the report indicates that the kext files are still there ....

 

I did try the Uninstaller.sh - got an error that the kexts couldn't be found. However, after running it, the symlinks were removed from the Library and the contents of the Parallels folder were removed (except for bugreports). Hopefully I'm there ....
