Hi! I have a Macbook white mid-2010. In theory, this model can't install Windows 8 in bootcamp mode. But with a very little (really, just removed a number in a .plist) hack in the Bootcamp Wizard, I was able to let the Wizard install Windows 8 on my Macbook bootcamp partition with drivers and all. Everything works great and is very fast indeed. VM Fusion was able to boot this bootcamp partition on OS X 10.8.3, but I didn't really like the software experience on the 30-day free trial. My friend showed me Parallels and it looks a lot faster and intuitive. I just downloaded Parallels 8 trial and intalled it. But the software do not show ANY option to boot my bootcamp partition. There is a way to solve that? Is this because Parallels discovered that my Macbook only support Windows 7 in bootcamp and didn't find this partition? Or it's because I already "linked" this partition to VM Fusion? Thanks!!!
