Parallels Boots directly into XP; help!

I changed some settings a while ago and now I can't figure out how to fix them. I setup Parallels to automatically load XP upon startup and automatically terminate upon XP shutdown. The problem: I can't adjust Parallels settings because XP is always active.

How can I change my settings so that XP doesn't automatically start with Parallels and automatically shut down when I shut down XP?
