I upgraded from Parallels 8 to Parallels 9

After upgrade, in the Guest (Mavericks DP6) during the installation of Parallels Tools following error was thrown:

    ------------------------------------
    Code:
[COLOR=#0000ff][SIZE=1]Kernel extensions are not from identified developers

The following kernel extensions are not from identified developers but will still be loaded.

    /System/Library/Extensions/prl_video.kext
    /System/Library/Extensions/prl_tg.kext

Please contact the kernel extension vendor for updated software.

It does not impact the working (as of now), hopefully this will be taken care in the next update (of signing the KEXT's)

This just means that the drivers were not signed with Parallels developer UUID from apple, or your mac does not recognize the UUID. It is possible, not likely for large company, just did not want to pay for the certification.

It could even been an oversight, maybe they forgot to sign the drivers? Its not a big issue, as long as you trust the developer. In this case, that would be Parallels (thus the prl) and they can be trusted as far as that goes.
