How do you get to Charms, or the Metro screen

In the desktop mode of Windows 8 via Access, I cannot find a way with touch to get to the Charms sidebar or even how to jump to the Metro app launcher screen. No matter how I touch I cannot get it to work. Also I cannot find a keyboard combination which works in Access. Any ideas?

 

The onscreen keyboard command key twice slowly. So press it, wait a second or two and press again.

 

i pressed it twice. Nothing happens. It turns deep blue but nothing on the screen changes.

 

Once blue press again and it should go back to normal color and work. You can also turn on mouse mode from the gear on the Parallels Access menu and move it to the corner

 

yes you are right. The trick seems to be to press the command button twice quickly so it turns blue then press and hold down the command button and don't let go until it goes to Metro.
