Unfortunately (or not) my PC workstation crashed irreparable for motherboard. Boot SSD with Windows 7 remains OK.

Is there any way to migrate Windows 7 at ext SSD to Parallels?

I tried with Transporter but there is no option to migrate from External HDD.
I don't want to migrate Windows from PC which hosts Boot SSD from exWorkstation.

    Thank you!

    Not easily, no.

In the past I've created a Windows VM and then attached the external hard drive as a second hard drive to the Windows VM. Then I use backup or cloning software to clone the HD to a third hard drive (the third one being a virtual hard drive created in Parallels which is the same size as the external hard drive). Then I create a second VM with the third hard drive as it's only drive and as its boot drive. Boot the new VM and hope for the best.

Connect the harddrive to the Mac, create a Boot Camp virtual machine pointing to the hard drive, then use "Import Boot Camp...".
