I have my BootCamp partition as a VM and as a VM it seems to work fine. However, when I boot Windows 7 (64bit Ultimate) and run it as the main O/S Parallels tools is now getting in the way. Meaning, the moment I type on my keyboard the window I'm typing in hangs. For example if I type in a search into google in a web browser that web browser hangs and has to be killed via task manager. Removal of Tools fixes the issue. Also, with tools install it takes several reboots to get Windows to recognize my USB mouse. Again removal of Tools fixes the issue. My Hardware: MacPro 5,1 Hex 3.33, 32gb memory, 512gb SSD, ATI Radeon 7970 3gb, Apple 101 Keyboard, Logitech Trackman mouse.
