I've updated previous 8 to 9 version. Today checking new version download and install it. After this parallels don't start. Icon gif loading show loading but nothing happened. Tried also to download and reinstall it but nothing. How I can solve?
What happens when you try to start it? Do you see the Icon bouncing in the dock? Did you open your Console (Utilities: Console) to see if anything cryptic appears? Did you try to re-install PD8, to see if PD8 will still work? you can get PD8 here http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd8
