When i click on View --> "Use Windows 7 look", nothing happens

    I'm using the latest Parallels 9 in a corporate environment, behind a proxy.
    Apparently Start8 and ModernMix are somehow bundled with Parallels 9. I would really like to use them.
    When i click on View --> "Use Windows 7 look", nothing happens.
    Any help?
