Trial registration not possible

Hi! I am new to Parallels and eager to find out how it performs!

Unfortunately, after registering my account, in the window "Request Trial Key", the field "Email" is unchangeable filled with the mail address I registered at parallels.com.
When I want to proceed, the programme does not recognize the address in the field, so I cannot continue at all ):
