Good morning, i get the error "PRL_ERR_DISK_INVALID_PARAMETERS" when i start the vm (windows xp with ntfs). Strangely, it is possible to mount the hdd with Parallels mounter. Parallels creates 2 new snapshots with a new timestamp (perhaps because of unfinished operations?). I tried to merge the snapshots in the command line, but the process starts with 15000% and nothing happens. We are using Timemachine to backup, but the restored disk generates the same error, also the restored machine. Bad thing. Does someone experienced the same problems? Thank you very much! hmmm, i cannot attach a logfile http://pastebin.com/qR4jVwib * Product information Parallels Desktop * Build information 8.0.18608.898384 Wed, 17 Jul 2013 06:05:49
ahhh - seems to be a problem with parallels software. I tried the Trial of Parallels 9 and it works. Now it is possible to merge all snapshots (with a correct counter). Explains the problem with the timemachine restores.
